I am enjoying my life on a daily basis with friends and family.

The great gift of laughter is what brings people together; we can’t take ourselves to seriously…. I have a tendency to become extremely driven on specific tasks …..Working on it!

 I enjoy playing sports, attempting to play my acoustic guitars, writing music, drawing (I think my art work is cool. Sometimes friends look at a drawing and ask “were you taking medication at the time? “).I also enjoy reading and helping out with various organizations and charities in my town.

 It’s teaching my 7 year old son to be a “Shinning example, not a horrible Warning” through example that’s always my biggest challenged. I am frustrated when we say one thing and then do the exact opposite a couple minutes later.  I am trying to make a positive impact in all aspects in my life; teaching, parenting, spirituality, family, volunteer work and business matters.

 A great lesson I’ve learned through the years is to become comfortable in your own skin. If you have clarity and purpose, you can project a positive attitude that can have a tremendous impact on the people around you. We need to be tolerant, patient, kind, everyone makes mistakes and the person who practices acceptance usually has balance and serenity in their life.

We are here for a short time and I’m a firm believer that “We have nothing to fear but fear itself”. (Was that FDR or Winston Churchill?)

Practice loving your self, the rest will fall into place
